Terms of Service

IRON HAUL CO. sells compact strength equipment, including the Iron Haul Power Sculpt Bar, direct to customers in the United States. In these terms "we", "us" and "Iron Haul" mean IRON HAUL CO.; "you" means the person placing the order.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to order from us. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses where carriers allow it.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send an order confirmation email, and we may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price or description was published in error, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud or reseller activity. If we cancel an accepted order, we refund it in full.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless stated at checkout. Where sales tax applies, it is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Compare-at prices reference our own regular list price, not another retailer's. Promo codes and bundle discounts cannot be combined unless we say so, are for personal use, and may be withdrawn at any time. Prices can change, but never after your order is confirmed.

Payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. If a payment is reversed or disputed without contacting us first, we may cancel the order and any related warranty coverage.

Orders are picked and dispatched within one business day where possible. Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days and express 1–2 business days after dispatch; both are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is marked delivered but missing, contact orders@ironhaulco.com within 14 days so we can open a carrier claim or reship.

Returns, our 60-day money-back guarantee and refund timing are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Hardware carries a 1-year limited warranty from delivery (2 years on the 3-bar bundle) against manufacturing defects in the shafts, springs, collars and grips. The warranty covers repair or replacement at our option and does not cover normal wear, foam scuffing, cosmetic marks, corrosion from outdoor or poolside storage, modification, commercial or gym-floor use, or damage from misuse or accident.

Resistance training carries risk. Read the included instructions, check that the collars and springs are seated before every set, keep hands and hair clear of the springs, and stop immediately if you feel pain. Keep the product away from children. Our content and training program are general fitness information, not medical advice, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Consult a qualified physician before starting any program, particularly if you are pregnant or have a heart, joint, back or blood-pressure condition. Results depend on consistency, training load and diet, and vary between people.

Bundles include a digital 10-Minute Program and, if purchased, the 90-Day Sculpt Plan. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them. You may not resell, share publicly or republish the files.

The IRON HAUL CO. name, logo, product photography, copy and program materials belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Reviews and photos you send us may be used in our marketing unless you tell us otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms as our products or legal obligations change. The version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the courts located there.
